Fantastic older mobile home that has been updated in many areas over the years sits in Glenwood 55 and over park with a clubhouse, swimming pool and gym! This nicely planned open layout home has a plentiful amount of cabinetry with an island and 2 pantry sized tall cupboards, one with shelves and the other is a coat closet. This home has updated vinyl flooring that appears with a wood grain, 2 nice sized bedrooms and as rarely seen in a 1978 home, a full bath and an additional ½ bath! The windows have been updated to double pane and there is heating and central AC. Both front and rear of this home have covered patio/deck areas for enjoyment as well as a large shed and carport that extends the length of the home. This extension allows parking, shed and between the 2 is a lattice backdrop for privacy. All of the appliances in the home will stay including washer and dryer. This is an estate sale and the owner has little knowledge of the history on this home and will be sold As-Is.
